What to include
- The source format, approximate file size, and pixel dimensions.
- The output format, quality, resize settings, and visible error message.
- Your browser, device, approximate screen size, and operating system.
- Whether reduced motion, forced colors, zoom, or assistive technology was active.
Do not email a private source image, location metadata, password, payment detail, or confidential document. The application has no account and support will never ask for a password.
